zPREDICTA developed innovative, organ-specific 3D cell culture models designed to closely mimic human tissues. Their unique approach comprehensively recreates the cellular and extracellular tissue microenvironment, preserving the crucial interactions between tumors and their surroundings. Clinical data demonstrated a strong correlation between drug efficacy measured using their platform and actual clinical responses. This predictive capability allowed researchers to more effectively manage compound attrition, identifying and excluding ineffective compounds while prioritizing agents with a higher likelihood of clinical success.
