Zealth is developing innovative remote monitoring software designed to provide continuous, automated support to cancer patients after they are discharged from the hospital. This platform aims to alleviate the strain on hospitals, which often lack the resources to adequately care for chronic patients once they leave the inpatient setting.

The healthcare landscape, particularly in regions like India where there are only 2200 oncologists for a population of 1.38 billion, faces significant challenges. Patients frequently travel long distances and endure extended wait times for brief consultations. Furthermore, they lack accessible tools to manage the toxicities and symptoms experienced at home. This results in significantly lower patient retention rates, a fourfold increase in emergency readmissions, and overall poorer patient outcomes.

Zealth's digital health intervention platform addresses this critical gap by providing a means for ongoing patient monitoring and support, ultimately improving the quality of care and patient well-being.
