At one point, Viya achieved a monthly recurring revenue (MRR) of $60,000, demonstrating a growth rate of 20% weekly over a three-month period, with profit margins around 40%. The team, comprised of MIT graduates with experience in real estate, sought to enhance the rental experience for both tenants and property owners through the application of technology.
