Vessel was designed as a developer-centric, native integration platform tailored for Go-To-Market (GTM) tools. The platform aimed to streamline the integration process for developers connecting with various customer relationship management (CRM), sales engagement, marketing automation, chat, and dialer systems. Vessel offered multiple integration approaches, customized to suit specific use cases. These included unified APIs for rapid integration deployment using a common data model and interface, actions APIs for creating deeper integrations with application-specific entities, and ETL capabilities for simplified data transfer to and from databases. The platform also featured an open-source integrations library, intended to support a wide range of integrations, providing both breadth and depth for limitless integration possibilities.
