Upsolve

Upsolve is a technology-focused non-profit organization dedicated to assisting low-income Americans in managing debt and rebuilding their credit. Originating from Harvard Law School’s Access to Justice Lab in 2016, Upsolve has grown into a leading non-profit financial education resource in the United States. The Upsolve.org website provides approximately 2.9 million individuals annually with access to over 2,000 articles covering a wide range of debt and credit-related subjects. To date, their free do-it-yourself bankruptcy filing tool has empowered more than 14,000 families to alleviate over $600 million in debt. Upsolve's user base primarily consists of Black and Brown individuals with an average household income of $25,000. Upsolve is currently developing a suite of AI-powered tools designed to help low-income Americans address their financial challenges proactively.
