Unlike traditional ghost kitchens that specialize in a single cuisine, Unfurl aggregated multiple food vendors, allowing families to order diverse meals from a curated selection of 8 to 15 'restaurants' in a single transaction. The concept aimed to replicate the variety of an upscale food court, delivered directly to the customer's doorstep, catering to households with varied culinary preferences.
