The founders, Malay and Andrew, connected during their MBA studies at Harvard Business School. Malay brings extensive experience as a chemical engineer, having generated over $100 million in savings for previous employers across facilities in the US, China, and Germany. Andrew's background includes software engineering roles at Meta, specializing in data infrastructure, and experience tackling optimization challenges at an early-stage startup. He also holds a Masters degree from Harvard with a specialization in Machine Learning, providing a strong foundation for the AI aspects of Poka Labs.
