Novatr, a Y Combinator S21 alumnus, provides online, cohort-based educational programs tailored for architects, engineers, and designers within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector. These courses are designed to facilitate professional development and career advancement. Serving a global audience across 45+ countries, including India, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia, Novatr delivers instruction from industry experts affiliated with leading international firms such as Autodesk, BIG, Google, UNStudio, and AECOM. Graduates have successfully secured positions at prominent architecture firms, construction companies, and real estate organizations.

Novatr's learning methodology emphasizes project-based assignments and collaborative peer interaction within cohorts, fostering an engaging learning environment and significantly boosting course completion rates to 84%. Participants collaborate in small groups of 2-6 on real-world projects, generating substantial deliverables from the ground up.
