Kastle provides AI-powered voice agents specifically designed for the mortgage servicing industry. Their platform assists mortgage servicers in crucial tasks such as payment collection, borrower verification, and qualification of new loan inquiries, all conducted seamlessly over the phone. By automating these processes, Kastle aims to improve efficiency and customer experience for financial institutions.

Rishi and Nitish, the founders of Kastle, bring a wealth of experience to the table. They met and graduated from UIUC with degrees in systems engineering and computer science. Rishi previously served as the founding Product Manager for Redfin’s Mortgage Marketplace, where he successfully scaled the business from $3 million to $6 million in revenue within a short nine-month period. Nitish, on the other hand, patented Verkada’s motion search system and achieved the position of youngest tech lead at the company at the age of 23.

During his time at Redfin's Mortgage Marketplace, Rishi observed that traditional lenders often lacked the necessary infrastructure to effectively handle online inquiries, resulting in lost customers. Recognizing this gap in the market, Nitish and Rishi founded Kastle to empower traditional financial services companies with the tools they need to better engage with their customers and remain competitive in the digital age.
