Hlabs

The robotics industry is poised for unprecedented growth, yet current development processes are hampered by the need for extensive in-house engineering. Hlabs addresses this challenge by providing a user-friendly, plug-and-play ecosystem of robotic components. These components are coupled with simple, open-source software libraries, significantly reducing the complexity and time required to build functional robots. Founded by Paul, a seasoned entrepreneur and Y Combinator alumnus (Mystic, W21), Hlabs leverages his experience to streamline robotics development. Since its initial launch in October 2025, Hlabs has secured orders from over 40 robotics companies for its actuator control product. Looking ahead to Q1 2026, Hlabs plans to release several additional plug-and-play products, including an Nvidia Jetson-powered main board, a cost-effective expandable camera system, and a wireless communication/video module to enable out-of-the-box wireless robot operation.
