Their AI agent, Ozai, automates the order management process for food distribution companies. Ozai monitors incoming messages from various channels (email, phone, etc.), identifies orders, learns customer preferences and habits, interprets specific instructions, and directly inputs the data into the existing ERP system. Ozai can even communicate with customers to clarify ambiguities and ensure accurate order processing.
