BrainHi provides an automated receptionist service tailored for local businesses. Recognizing that many local businesses seek to expand their clientele and revenue, BrainHi addresses the challenge of missed phone calls. A significant portion of calls to these businesses go unanswered, and a large majority of potential clients do not leave voicemails, leading to lost opportunities.

BrainHi leverages artificial intelligence to offer a 24/7 automated receptionist that handles missed calls. This system engages with clients through chat to schedule appointments and address administrative inquiries, ultimately aiming to increase business for its users. The co-founders, Emmanuel and Israel, were inspired to create BrainHi after experiencing the communication difficulties with doctor's offices in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria.
